Des conditions id\u00e9ales pour aller capturer quelques images des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales Triti-Sano qui donneront notre future farine, aux Moulins Bodson \u00e0 Villers-l\u2019\u00c9v\u00eaque\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien abrit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la plante, les \u00e9pis de bl\u00e9 sont encore minuscules. \u00ab&nbsp;Comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9 dans le ventre de sa maman&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb s\u2019exclame Claude Bodson. \u00c0 perte de vue, les champs verdoyants ondulent avec la brise. Les champs de colza rayonnent d\u2019un jaune intense et apportent un contraste digne d\u2019un tableau impressionniste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est la plus belle p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. La nature s\u2019\u00e9veille, tout reprend vie&nbsp;\u00bb, commente Claude. \u00ab&nbsp;Le temps est magnifique. Trop, m\u00eame&nbsp;! Les sols se sont gorg\u00e9s d\u2019eau mais les bl\u00e9s se sont bien install\u00e9s dans les campagnes&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Claude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En hiver, deux coups de gel tr\u00e8s intensifs ont permis d\u2019assurer la vernalisation de la plante. \u00ab&nbsp;La vernalisation, c\u2019est une \u00e9tape naturelle dans la culture du bl\u00e9. Avec le gel, la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale stoppe sa croissance et entre dans une sorte de l\u00e9thargie dont elle sort plus tard, lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures remontent.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour remonter, les temp\u00e9ratures remontent&nbsp;! \u00ab&nbsp;Heureusement, j\u2019ai anticip\u00e9 cette p\u00e9riode plus s\u00e8che&nbsp;: nous avons apport\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res nourritures \u00e0 la plante pile au bon moment. J\u2019ai anticip\u00e9 le second nourrissage. Comme nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie d\u2019octobre \u00e0 janvier, j\u2019avais le sentiment qu\u2019il ferait plus sec par la suite.
